Biography

Sharon Udy-Janczuk has 42 years of nursing experience, including 21 years in Perioperative Services at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware. She has held various roles such as OR staff nurse, OR Charge Nurse, Service Coordinator, OR Nurse Manager, PACU Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services Director of Nursing, Ambulatory Care Director of Nursing, and Clinical Nurse Educator.

Sharon has overseen operational and financial aspects of the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) in both acute care and ambulatory settings, contributing to new facility openings and relocations. She is passionate about improving SPD metrics to enhance productivity and quality outcomes.
